Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

Muhammad Salman (“Developer”) provides custom WordPress development, theme customization, and performance optimization services. The specific scope of each project will be outlined in the individual project proposal or invoice provided to the Client.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any development work begins.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion and before the website is migrated to the Client’s live server or the final files are handed over.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, branding) and hosting/domain access in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will result in an extension of the project deadline.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Developer Ownership: All code, custom plugins, or themes created remain the property of the Developer until the final payment is received in full.
  • Client Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the website’s front-end content and a license to use the custom code for its intended purpose.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes 2 or 3 rounds of minor revisions. Major changes to the project scope after development has started will be billed at an additional hourly rate of PKR 500/hr.

6. Support & Maintenance

  • Bug Fixes: I provide 30 days of free support after project delivery to fix any bugs related to my code.
  • Exclusions: This does not include issues caused by the Client’s hosting provider, third-party plugin updates, or the Client’s own modifications to the code.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or website downtime caused by hosting failures, third-party software, or hacking attempts after the project has been handed over to the Client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
